This policy explains what we collect when you use ssn3dprints.com, its design studios and the account platform at platform.ssn3dprints.com, and what we do with it. We collect as little as we can and we do not sell your data.

1. Using the site and the studios without an account

The landing pages and studios run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and load nothing from other companies' servers.
When you design something in a studio, your settings (for example the name or text you type) are sent to our server to build the 3D preview, and are not saved.
If you upload an image or SVG to a studio that supports it, the file is stored on our server so the model can be generated from it.
Like almost every website, our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested and browser type) to keep the Service secure and working.
The contact form opens your own email program; we receive whatever you choose to send, by email.

2. If you create an account

Account: your username, a securely hashed password (we cannot read it), when you accepted our terms, and, only if you add one, a recovery email address.
Sign-in sessions: when each session started and was last used, and your browser type, so you can see and end your sessions.
Credits and orders: your credit balance and history, each credit purchase (pack, amount, status and the payment provider's reference) and each order, including the settings you chose, so that we can generate your file and let you download it again.
Support: the messages you send us through support requests.

We do not collect your real name, address or phone number, and we never receive your card or bank details.

3. Why we use it

To provide the Service you ask for (generating files, running your account, credits and orders), to keep it secure (for example to block repeated failed sign-ins), to answer your support requests, and to keep the payment and accounting records the law requires.

4. Who else receives data

Hostinger hosts our server (in Mumbai, India) and our domain's email.
Google (Gmail) hosts our contact inbox, ssncadworks@gmail.com, so emails you send us are stored there.
Dodo Payments and Razorpay process payments. When you buy credits you pay on their page, and they handle your payment details under their own privacy policies. They send us only a reference and the payment's status.

We share data with nobody else, except where the law requires it.

5. Cookies

The account platform sets one essential cookie that keeps you signed in (it lasts up to 30 days, or until you sign out), and a security token that protects forms. The rest of the site sets no cookies. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

6. How long we keep it

Your account and orders are kept while your account is open, so you can re-download files you bought.
When you delete your account, we replace your username with an anonymous label, remove your recovery email and end all your sign-ins. Your payment, credit and order records (including the settings of files you bought) and support messages are kept under that anonymous label for as long as accounting and tax law requires. If you want the design settings or support messages erased as well, email us.
Web server logs are kept only for a limited period for security.

7. Your rights

You can see your orders and credit history in your account, and delete your account yourself at any time. You can also email us to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will reply within 30 days. You have the rights given to you by the data protection law that applies to you, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

8. Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords and recovery codes are stored only as secure hashes, and administrator access requires two-factor authentication.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for children to buy credits on their own. If you believe a child has created an account without permission, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the version date above, and give notice on the site before significant changes take effect.
