Terms & Conditions

SSN 3D Prints — operated by SSN CAD Works, India · Version 2026-09-26

These terms apply to ssn3dprints.com, its design studios (the *.ssn3dprints.com subdomains) and the account and credit platform at platform.ssn3dprints.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or buying credits you agree to them.

1. What the Service does

Our design studios generate 3D-printable files (such as STL, 3MF and STEP) from the text, shapes and settings you choose. The live 3D preview in each studio is free and needs no account. Downloading the finished file costs credits.

2. Your account

• You need an account to buy credits and download files. Keep your password and recovery codes safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy credits.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Unused credits are lost when you delete it.

3. Credits

• Credits are sold in packs. The price and the number of credits are shown before you pay, and the price shown is the price charged.
• Each studio shows how many credits a download costs before you confirm. Credits are deducted only when your file has been generated successfully; if generation fails, you are not charged and can try again.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account and can only be used on the Service. They do not currently expire.
• We may change credit prices for future purchases and downloads. Changes never affect credits you already hold or files you have already bought.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments or Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details. Any fees or taxes are shown at checkout.

Buyers in India pay in Indian rupees (INR) with Indian payment methods; buyers in every other country pay in US dollars (USD) with an international card. We set this automatically from your location (your internet connection). The payment method you use must match: we may hold a purchase for review, and refund it, if an India price is paid with a card issued outside India.

5. Refunds

• Unused credits: you can ask for a refund of a credit pack within 14 days of buying it, as long as none of its credits have been spent.
• Downloads: a file is delivered immediately and can be downloaded again from your order history, so credits spent on a download are not refundable, except where the file is faulty (for example, it does not match the options you chose) and we cannot fix it.
• To ask for a refund, open a support request from your account or email us. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; the credits from that pack are removed from your balance.
• This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

6. Using the files you buy

• You may print the file as many times as you like, and use, give away or sell the physical objects you print from it.
• You may not resell, share or publish the digital file itself, or offer it for download elsewhere.
• Some studios are based on designs by other creators. Where such a design's licence requires attribution (for example Creative Commons "BY" licences), you agree to credit the original creator when you share or sell prints of it.

7. Your content

You are responsible for the text, images and files you enter or upload, and you must have the right to use them. Do not use the Service to create anything unlawful, or that infringes someone else's trademarks, copyright or other rights. We may refuse or remove content that breaks this rule.

8. Printing and results

Generated files are built to be printable, but how a print turns out depends on your printer, slicer settings, material and finishing. Always check a file before printing it. We do not guarantee a particular print result, and printed objects are not intended as toys for small children or for safety-critical uses.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may add, change or retire studios and features. If we retire a studio, files you have already bought stay available in your order history.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of materials or printer time. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, attempts to get files without paying, or abuses the Service. If we close your account without a good reason under these terms, we will refund your unused credits.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the version date above. For significant changes we will give notice on the site before they take effect. Changes never apply to purchases made before them.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
